Rentals Include

  • Setup, install and Training
  • Service and parts
  • Supplies, B/W, Color toner, (20 lbs paper {wide format only})
  • Service agreement, which includes 1000 SQ FT per mo.
  • Small Format 1.3 cents per page
  • Wide format Overages billed at 9.5 cents for B/W  per sq ft. 
  • Color Billed as you use

 

  1. Rentals are based on a 24-mo term can be cancelled with a 90 day notice.
  2. Destination Charge 450 to 850.00.
  3. If canceled under 12 months 450 to 1,400.00 pickup fee (location determines amount)
  4. 1st months rent and security of 1 ½ mo rent due up front.
